  Overview:
  N1MEFM is an SAP transaction code used to maintain formulary in the IS-H*MED module. It is used to manage the formulary of a hospital, which is a list of drugs and medical supplies that are approved for use in the hospital. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The N1MEFM transaction code allows users to create, edit, and delete formulary entries. It also allows users to view the formulary and search for specific entries. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to set up formulary groups and assign drugs to those groups. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the N1MEFM transaction code into the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new formulary entry. 
  3. Enter the necessary information for the new entry, such as drug name, dosage, and quantity. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new entry. 
  5. To edit an existing entry, select the “Edit” option and make any necessary changes. 
  6. To delete an existing entry, select the “Delete” option and confirm the deletion. 
  7. To view the formulary, select the “Display” option and enter any necessary search criteria. 
  8. To set up a formulary group, select the “Group” option and enter the necessary information for the group. 
  9. To assign drugs to a group, select the “Assign” option and enter the necessary information for each drug. 
  10. Select “Save” to save all changes made
