  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system and enter transaction code N1DI. 
  2. The list of patient transport requests will be displayed. 
  3. Select a request from the list and click on “Assign” to assign it to a dispatcher. 
  4. Enter the details of the dispatcher and click “Save” to save the assignment. 
  5. The status of the request will be updated accordingly. 
  6. To view the details of a request, select it from the list and click on “Details”. 
  7. The details of the request will be displayed, including the patient's name, address, and destination. 
  8. To track the progress of a request, select it from the list and click on “Track”. 
  9. The progress of the request will be displayed in a timeline format.
