  10. Select a personnel from the list of available personnel and select “Assign” button to assign them to the work station. 
  11. Select the “Roles” tab to assign roles to personnel assigned to the work station. 
  12. Select a role from the list of available roles and select “Assign” button to assign them to personnel assigned to the work station. 
  13. Select the “Access Rights” tab to set up access rights for personnel assigned to the work station. 
  14. Select an access right from the list of available access rights and select “Assign” button to assign them to personnel assigned to the work station. 
  15. Select the “Save” button when you are finished making changes and select “Back” button when you are done with your changes in order for them take effect in SAP system.
