    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code ML81N is used to create and maintain service entry sheets. Service entry sheets are documents that record the services provided by external vendors and are used to track the costs associated with those services. 
    
    Functionality: 
    The ML81N transaction code allows users to create and maintain service entry sheets. It also allows users to view and edit existing service entry sheets, as well as delete them if necessary. Additionally, users can use this transaction code to generate reports on the services provided by external vendors. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the ML81N transaction code in the command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter the necessary information into the fields provided, such as vendor name, service description, and cost. 
    4. Select “Save” to save the service entry sheet. 
    5. To view or edit an existing service entry sheet, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the document number of the service entry sheet you wish to view or edit. 
    6. To delete a service entry sheet, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the document number of the service entry sheet you wish to delete. 
    7. To generate a report on services provided by external vendors, select “Reports” from the menu bar and enter the necessary information into the fields provided.
