  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter MCOV - QMIS Cust. Anal. Overview: Q Not. into the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Enter the customer number in the Customer field and press enter. 
  3. The system will display a list of all quality notifications associated with that customer number. 
  4. Select a notification from the list to view its details, including the notification number, date, status, and description. 
  5. To view the items associated with the notification, select “Items” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. To view any related documents or notes, select “Documents” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  7. When finished viewing details, select “Back” from the menu bar at the top of the screen to return to the list of notifications for that customer number.
