    4. Select the “Fields” tab and select which fields should be updated, when they should be updated, and how they should be updated. 
    5. Select the “Mandatory Fields” tab and select which fields should be mandatory and which fields should be optional. 
    6. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
    7. Select the “Back” button to return to the Change Update Rules screen. 
    8. Select the “Activate” button to activate your changes. 
    9. Select the “Back” button to return to the initial screen of transaction code MC25.
