  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code MC25 is used to change update rules in the SAP system. It is used to define the rules for updating master data in the system. This transaction code is used to maintain the update rules for master data, such as customer and vendor master data. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The MC25 transaction code allows users to define the rules for updating master data in the system. This includes defining which fields are updated, when they are updated, and how they are updated. The transaction code also allows users to define which fields are mandatory and which fields are optional. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code MC25 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Change” button to open the Change Update Rules screen. 
  3. Select the “Update Rules” tab and select the desired update rule from the list of available rules. 
  4. Select the “Fields” tab and select which fields should be updated, when they should be updated, and how they should be updated. 
  5. Select the “Mandatory Fields” tab and select which fields should be mandatory and which fields should be optional. 
  6. Select the “Save” button to save your changes. 
  7. Select the “Back” button to return to the Change Update Rules screen. 
  8. Select the “Activate” button to activate your changes. 
  9. Select the “Back” button to return
