  1. Log into the SAP system using the LPD_CUST_BUA_REP transaction code.

  3. Enter a name for the role and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Assign Users” option from the menu. 
  5. Select the users you want to assign to the role and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Assign Authorization Objects” option from the menu. 
  7. Select the authorization objects you want to assign to the role and select “Save”. 
  8. Select the “Assign Authorization Profiles” option from the menu. 
  9. Select the authorization profiles you want to assign to each authorization object and select “Save”. 
  10. Select “Activate Role” from the menu to activate your changes and save them in the system.
