  1. Enter the transaction code LN06 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new number range for a group number. 
  3. Enter the desired group number in the “Group Number” field. 
  4. Enter the desired range of numbers in the “Number Range” field. 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save the new number range. 
  6. To change an existing number range, select the “Change” button and enter the desired changes in the appropriate fields. 
  7. To display an existing number range, select the “Display” button and enter the desired group number in the “Group Number” field. 
  8. To delete an existing number range, select the “Delete” button and enter the desired group number in the “Group Number” field.
