  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code KSU4 is used to delete an actual assessment cycle in the Knowledge Management System (KMS). This transaction code is used to delete an existing assessment cycle that has already been created. 
  
  Functionality: 
  KSU4 allows users to delete an existing assessment cycle in the KMS. This transaction code is used to delete an assessment cycle that has already been created and is no longer needed. The deleted assessment cycle will no longer be visible in the KMS. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code KSU4 in the command field. 
  2. Select the assessment cycle that you want to delete from the list of available cycles. 
  3. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the selected assessment cycle. 
  4. Confirm the deletion by clicking on the “Yes” button. 
  5. The selected assessment cycle will be deleted from the KMS. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users take caution when deleting an assessment cycle as it cannot be undone once it has been deleted. It is also recommended that users back up any data associated with the deleted assessment cycle before deleting it.
