  1. Enter KPR7 into the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Select the cost object type you wish to maintain prices for (e.g. orders, projects, networks). 
  3. Select the resource you wish to maintain prices for (e.g. labor, materials, overhead). 
  4. Enter the price for the selected resource in the “Price” field. 
  5. Select the currency and unit of measure for the selected resource in the “Currency” and “Unit” fields respectively. 
  6. Save your changes by pressing the “Save” button at the top of the screen.
