  Overview:
  KPH0 is a transaction code used in SAP to maintain distribution keys. Distribution keys are used to assign costs to cost centers and cost objects. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete distribution keys.

  KPH0 allows users to maintain distribution keys in the system. Distribution keys are used to assign costs to cost centers and cost objects. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete distribution keys. It also allows users to view the existing distribution keys and their associated values. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code KPH0 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the new distribution key in the “Distribution Key” field. 
  4. Enter the values for each of the fields in the “Values” tab. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen. 
  7. To view existing distribution keys, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the name of the distribution key you wish to view. 
  8. To change an existing distribution key, select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the distribution key you wish to change. 
  9. To delete an existing distribution key, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter
