    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code KKMLV in the command field of the SAP system. 
    2. The initial screen will display a list of existing global variables. 
    3. To create a new global variable, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
    4. Enter the name of the new global variable and its value in the appropriate fields. 
    5. To modify an existing global variable, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button at the top of the screen. 
    6. Enter the new value for the global variable in the appropriate field and click on “Save” to save your changes.
