  Step-by-step How To Use 
  1. Enter transaction code KKML8 in the command field of the SAP Easy Access screen. 
  2. Select the report you want to run in the background from the list of available reports. 
  3. Select the frequency of the report (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly). 
  4. Enter a start date and time for the report and an end date and time if applicable. 
  5. Click “Execute” to start the report running in the background. 
  6. The report will now be running in the background and can be monitored using transaction code SM37 or SM50.
