  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code KEND is used to realign the company’s organizational structure. It allows users to make changes to the organizational structure of the company, such as adding or deleting positions, changing job titles, and assigning new roles and responsibilities. 
  
  Functionality: 
  KEND enables users to make changes to the organizational structure of the company quickly and easily. It allows users to add or delete positions, change job titles, and assign new roles and responsibilities. The changes made in KEND are automatically reflected in other SAP modules, such as HR and Finance. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into SAP using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter transaction code KEND in the command field. 
  3. Select the “Organizational Structure” tab. 
  4. Select the “Realignments” option from the drop-down menu. 
  5. Make the desired changes to the organizational structure of the company. 
  6. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. 
  7. Exit out of SAP by clicking on the “Exit” button at the top right corner of the screen.
