  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code KEI1 is used to maintain the Personnel Administration (PA) Transfer Structure.   3. Enter the details of the transfer rule, such as the source and target organizational units, positions, and jobs. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the transfer rule.
