  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code KEB1 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new characteristic or key figure in the “Name” field. 
  4. Enter a description for the characteristic or key figure in the “Description” field. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for each characteristic or key figure you want to add to the CO-PA hierarchy data source. 
  7. Select “Assign Values” from the menu bar to assign values to each characteristic or key figure you have created. 
  8. Select “Create Structure” from the menu bar to create a structure for your CO-PA hierarchy
