  Overview:
  KEAU is a SAP transaction code used to change the allocation assessment result of an asset. It is used to adjust the depreciation values of an asset and to make changes to the depreciation plan.

  KEAU allows users to make changes to the depreciation plan of an asset. This includes changing the depreciation values, changing the start and end dates of the depreciation period, and changing the depreciation key. It also allows users to adjust the allocation assessment result of an asset, which is used to determine how much of the asset’s value should be allocated to each period. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code KEAU in the command field. 
  2. Enter the asset number in the Asset field. 
  3. Select the Change Allocation Assessment Result option from the menu. 
  4. Enter the new allocation assessment result in the Allocation Assessment Result field. 
  5. Click Save to save your changes.

  It is important to note that changes made using KEAU will only take effect after a depreciation run has been performed for the asset in question. Additionally, it is recommended that users familiarize themselves with SAP’s depreciation rules before making any changes using KEAU.
