  Overview:
  Transaction code JZ38 is used in SAP to maintain sales agent types in the IS-M (Industry Solutions for Manufacturing) module. This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete sales agent types. 
  
  Functionality: 
  JZ38 enables users to maintain sales agent types in the IS-M module. This includes creating new sales agent types, changing existing ones, and deleting them. The transaction code also allows users to assign a sales agent type to a customer or vendor. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code JZ38 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new sales agent type. 
  3. Enter the name of the new sales agent type and select “Save”. 
  4. To change an existing sales agent type, select the “Change” button and enter the name of the sales agent type you wish to change. 
  5. Make any necessary changes and select “Save”. 
  6. To delete a sales agent type, select the “Delete” button and enter the name of the sales agent type you wish to delete. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the sales agent type. 
  8. To assign a sales agent type to a customer or vendor, select the “Assign” button and enter the name of the customer or vendor you wish to assign a sales agent type to.
