  5. Select the “Execute” button to view a list of shipped/reserved gifts for that customer. 
  6. Select a gift item from the list to view its details, such as its status and delivery date. 
  7. To update the status of a gift item, select the “Change Status” button and enter the new status in the “Status” field. 
  8. Select the “Save” button to save your changes.
