  1. Enter the transaction code JS02 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new geographical unit. 
  3. Enter the required information such as name, description, and address of the geographical unit. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the changes. 
  5. Select “Change” option to change an existing geographical unit. 
  6. Enter the required information such as name, description, and address of the geographical unit. 
  7. Select “Save” to save the changes. 
  8. Select “Delete” option to delete an existing geographical unit. 
  9. Confirm the deletion by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window.
