It also allows users to view the existing condition records and to execute the condition list.     Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code JLL4 in the command field. 
    2. Select the appropriate condition type from the drop-down list. 
    3. Enter the material or customer number in the appropriate field. 
    4. Click on “Execute” button to view the existing condition records for that material or customer. 
    5. To create a new condition record, click on “New Entries” button and enter all the necessary details in the respective fields. 
    6. To change an existing condition record, click on “Change” button and enter all the necessary details in the respective fields. 
    7. To delete an existing condition record, click on “Delete” button and confirm your action by clicking on “Yes” button in the confirmation window. 
    8. Finally, click on “Save” button to save all your changes and exit from this transaction code.
