  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code JKSDRETURN5 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the return order number in the Return Order field. 
  3. Select the Return Reason from the drop-down list. 
  4. Enter the Credit Memo Number in the Credit Memo field. 
  5. Select the Credit Memo Reason from the drop-down list. 
  6. Click on “Close Return” button to close the return order and issue a credit memo for it. 
  7. Click on “View Return Order” button to view the return order details. 
  8. Click on “View Credit Memo” button to view the credit memo details. 
  9. Click on “Save” button to save all changes made in this transaction code.
