  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code JKSDCOLLECTNUM is used to manage the number range for recall - external number range. This code is used to create and maintain the external number range for recall documents.

  The JKSDCOLLECTNUM transaction code allows users to create and maintain external number ranges for recall documents. This code also allows users to view and edit existing number ranges, as well as delete them if necessary. Additionally, this code can be used to assign a number range to a specific document type. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the JKSDCOLLECTNUM transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the desired external number range name and description in the corresponding fields. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new number range. 
  5. To edit an existing number range, select it from the list and then select the “Change” option from the menu bar. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and then select the “Save” button to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing number range, select it from the list and then select the “Delete” option from the menu bar.
