  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code JJP4 is used to generate production units in the SAP system. It is a part of the Production Planning (PP) module and is used to create production orders for the production of goods. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The JJP4 transaction code allows users to create production orders for the production of goods. It also allows users to view and edit existing production orders, as well as delete them if necessary. Additionally, it can be used to generate reports on the status of production orders. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code JJP4 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the necessary information for the production order, such as material, quantity, and date. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the production order. 
  5. To view or edit an existing production order, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the order number. 
  6. To delete an existing production order, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the order number. 
  7. To generate a report on the status of production orders, select “Reports” from the menu bar and enter the necessary parameters for the report.
