    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code JJG9 is used to display the agent pool in the SAP system. It is a part of the Human Resources (HR) module and is used to view and manage the list of agents in the system. 
    
    Functionality: 
    The JJG9 transaction code allows users to view and manage the list of agents in the system. It displays information such as agent name, agent type, and agent status. It also allows users to add, delete, or modify agents in the system. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code JJG9 in the command field. 
    2. The Agent Pool screen will appear. 
    3. Select an agent from the list to view its details. 
    4. To add a new agent, click on the “New” button at the top of the screen. 
    5. Enter the required information for the new agent and click “Save” to save it. 
    6. To delete an existing agent, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
    7. To modify an existing agent, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button at the top of the screen. 
    8. Enter any changes you want to make and click “Save” to save them.
