  1. Enter transaction code JB91 into the command field.

  4. Select the type of data that will be aggregated and enter any additional criteria for each level. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Back” to return to the main screen and repeat steps 2-5 for each additional level you wish to create. 
  7. When finished, select “Exit” from the menu bar to exit the transaction code.

  It is important to note that once an aggregation level has been created, it cannot be changed or deleted without first deleting all reports and analyses that use it. Therefore, it is important to plan ahead when creating aggregation levels and ensure that they are appropriate for your needs before saving them in the system.
