    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code IRM_CAT in the command field. 
    2. The main screen will appear with a list of existing IRM policies. 
    3. To create a new policy, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
    4. Enter the details of the policy such as name, description, and access rights. 
    5. Click “Save” to save the policy. 
    6. To modify an existing policy, select it from the list and click on “Change” at the top of the screen. 
    7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” to save them. 
    8. To delete a policy, select it from the list and click on “Delete” at the top of the screen.
