  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code IRM_CAT - IRM Policies is used to manage the Information Rights Management (IRM) policies in an SAP system. It allows users to create, modify, and delete IRM policies, as well as view the details of existing policies.

  The IRM_CAT transaction code provides a central interface for managing IRM policies in an SAP system.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code IRM_CAT in the command field. 
  2. The main screen will appear with a list of existing IRM policies. 
  3. To create a new policy, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter the details of the policy such as name, description, and access rights. 
  5. Click “Save” to save the policy. 
  6. To modify an existing policy, select it from the list and click on “Change” at the top of the screen. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” to save them. 
  8. To delete a policy, select it from the list and click on “Delete” at the top of the screen.
