  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the IMGAPO2 transaction code in SAP. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new planning calendar and select “Create” again. 
  4. Enter the start date and end date of the planning period. 
  5. Select “Define Working Days” from the menu bar and enter the days that are considered working days in this period. 
  6. Select “Define Holidays” from the menu bar and enter any holidays that should be excluded from this period. 
  7. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate your new planning calendar. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is important to note that once a planning calendar has been activated, it cannot be changed or deleted without first deactivating it first. Additionally, it is recommended that users create multiple planning calendars for different products or services in order to ensure accuracy in scheduling activities within the APO system.
