  Overview: 
  IMBPUP is an SAP transaction code used to roll up budget and plan data from lower-level organizational units to higher-level organizational units. This allows users to view the total budget and plan data for the entire organization in one place. 
  
  Functionality: 
  IMBPUP enables users to roll up budget and plan data from lower-level organizational units to higher-level organizational units. This allows users to view the total budget and plan data for the entire organization in one place. The transaction code also allows users to compare actuals against budget and plan data, as well as analyze variances between the two. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter IMBPUP into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the organizational unit from which you want to roll up budget and plan data. 
  3. Select the organizational unit to which you want to roll up the data. 
  4. Select the budget or plan type you want to roll up (e.g., actuals, budget, or plan). 
  5. Select the period for which you want to roll up the data (e.g., month, quarter, or year). 
  6. Click “Execute” to run the transaction code and view the rolled up data in a table format. 
  7. Click “Save” if you want to save the rolled up data for future reference.
