  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code IMA3 is used to display an appropriation request in the SAP system. It is a part of the Investment Management module and is used to view the details of an appropriation request. 
  
  Functionality: 
  IMA3 allows users to view the details of an appropriation request, including the request number, status, and other related information. It also allows users to view the budget plan associated with the appropriation request. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code IMA3 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the appropriation request number in the Request field. 
  3. Click on Execute (F8). 
  4. The details of the appropriation request will be displayed on the screen. 
  5. To view the budget plan associated with the appropriation request, click on Goto > Budget Plan in the menu bar. 
  6. The budget plan will be displayed on the screen. 
  7. To exit, click on Back (F3).
