    10. To create a task, select “Create Task” from the menu bar and enter a name for the task in the “Name” field. 
    11. To create a rule, select “Create Rule” from the menu bar and enter a name for the rule in the “Name” field. 
    12. Click on “Save” to save your changes and create your task or rule definition. 
    13. To activate your workflow definition, select “Activate” from the menu bar and click on “Yes” when prompted to confirm activation of your workflow definition. 
    14. Click on “Save” to save your changes and activate your workflow definition.
