  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code IH08 is used to display equipment in the SAP system. It is a part of the Plant Maintenance (PM) module and is used to view and manage the equipment data in the system.

  IH08 allows users to view and manage the equipment data in the system. This includes viewing the equipment master data, such as its description, location, and technical specifications.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code IH08 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the equipment number in the Equipment field. 
  3. Select the Display button to view the equipment data. 
  4. Select the Change button to make changes to the equipment data. 
  5. Select the Save button to save any changes made to the equipment data. 
  6. Select the Back button to return to the previous screen. 
  
  Other Recommendations: 
  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the available options in IH08 before making any changes to the equipment data. Additionally, users should always make sure that they have saved any changes made before exiting out of IH08.
