    Overview:
    The SAP transaction code IDLB is used to maintain document lots and books in the SAP system. It allows users to create, edit, and delete document lots and books, as well as assign documents to them. This transaction code is used in the Financial Accounting (FI) module.

    IDLB enables users to create document lots and books in the SAP system. Document lots are used to group documents together for easier processing. Books are used to store documents that have been posted in the system. This transaction code also allows users to assign documents to document lots and books, as well as edit and delete them. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter the transaction code IDLB into the command field of the SAP system. 
    2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
    3. Enter a name for the document lot or book you wish to create. 
    4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
    5. To assign documents to a document lot or book, select “Assign Documents” from the menu bar. 
    6. Select the document lot or book you wish to assign documents to from the list of available options. 
    7. Select the documents you wish to assign from the list of available options and click “Save” to save your changes. 
    8. To edit or delete a document lot or book, select “Edit” or “Delete”
