  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code ICLBP32 is used to change the appraiser of an employee in the Personnel Development (PD) module. This transaction code is used to assign a new appraiser to an employee, or to change the existing appraiser. 
  
  Functionality: 
  ICLBP32 allows users to assign a new appraiser to an employee, or to change the existing appraiser. The transaction code also allows users to view the current appraiser of an employee and to delete an existing appraiser. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code ICLBP32 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the personnel number of the employee whose appraiser you want to change. 
  3. Select “Change” from the menu bar. 
  4. Enter the personnel number of the new appraiser in the “Appraiser” field. 
  5. Select “Save” from the menu bar. 
  6. The new appraiser will be assigned to the employee and will be displayed in the “Appraiser” field.

  It is recommended that users check that they have entered the correct personnel number for both the employee and their new appraiser before saving any changes. It is also recommended that users check that they have selected the correct option from the menu bar before saving any changes.
