  1. Access IBR12 by entering it into the command field in SAP.

  3. Select “Create” or “Edit” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter or modify the form details as needed. 
  5. Select “Save” when you are finished making changes. 
  6. Select “Delete” if you want to delete a form from the list of available forms. 
  7. Select “Assign Roles” if you want to assign roles and permissions to a form. 
  8. Select “Activate” if you want to activate a form for use in the Web Broker. 
  9. Select “Deactivate” if you want to deactivate a form from use in the Web Broker.
