  1. Enter transaction code I009 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the start and end numbers for the range, as well as the number of digits for each number. 
  4. Select “Save” from the menu bar to save your changes. 
  5. To view or edit an existing range, select “Display” from the menu bar and enter the range name or number. 
  6. To delete a range, select “Delete” from the menu bar and enter the range name or number.
