  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code HRSFI_OFB is used to process onboarding data for new employees. It is part of the Human Resources (HR) module and is used to ensure that all necessary information is collected and stored in the system. This includes employee data, such as contact information, job title, and salary. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The HRSFI_OFB transaction code allows HR personnel to quickly and easily enter new employee data into the system. It also allows them to review existing employee data and make any necessary changes. Additionally, it can be used to generate reports on employee onboarding data, such as the number of new hires in a given period of time. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter the transaction code HRSFI_OFB in the command field. 
  3. Enter the necessary information for the new employee, such as name, contact information, job title, and salary. 
  4. Once all of the required information has been entered, click “Save” to store the data in the system. 
  5. To review existing employee data or make changes, select “Edit” from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
