  Overview:
  HRPBC_START is an SAP transaction code used to display a message overview for Personnel Planning Board (PBC). It is used to view the messages that are sent to the PBC and to view the status of the messages. 
  
  Functionality: 
  HRPBC_START allows users to view the messages that are sent to the PBC, as well as the status of those messages. This transaction code can be used to check if a message has been successfully sent or if it has failed. It also allows users to view the details of each message, such as the sender, recipient, and subject. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code HRPBC_START in the command field. 
  2. The Message Overview: PBC screen will appear. 
  3. Select the message you want to view from the list of messages displayed. 
  4. The details of the selected message will be displayed in a separate window. 
  5. To view the status of a message, select it from the list and click on “Status” in the toolbar. 
  6. The status of the selected message will be displayed in a separate window. 
  7. To delete a message, select it from the list and click on “Delete” in the toolbar. 
  8. The selected message will be deleted from the list of messages displayed in Message Overview: PBC screen.
