  1. Enter the transaction code HRMGE00DOC into the SAP command field. 
  2. The Business Documents Navigator will open.

  4. To create a new document, click on the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  5. To edit an existing document, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button in the top right corner of the screen.
