    6. To delete an existing form, select “Delete Form” from the left-hand menu. 
    7. To search for a form by name or description, select “Search” from the left-hand menu and enter your search criteria in the search box. 
    8. To view the status of a form, select “Status” from the left-hand menu and select the form you wish to view from the list of forms displayed. 
    9. To track a form through its approval process, select “Approval Process” from the left-hand menu and select the form you wish to track from the list of forms displayed.
