Overview: HRFORMS is an SAP transaction code used to access the HR Forms Workplace. This workplace provides users with a central location to access and manage all HR forms. It is a part of the SAP Human Resources (HR) module. Functionality: The HR Forms Workplace allows users to view, create, edit, and delete HR forms. It also provides users with the ability to search for forms by name or description. Additionally, users can view the status of each form and track its progress through the approval process. Step-by-step How to Use: 1. To access the HR Forms Workplace, enter the transaction code “HRFORMS” in the command field. 2. The HR Forms Workplace will open in a new window. 3. To view existing forms, select “Forms” from the left-hand menu. 4. To create a new form, select “Create Form” from the left-hand menu. 5. To edit an existing form, select “Edit Form” from the left-hand menu. 6. To delete an existing form, select “Delete Form” from the left-hand menu. 7. To search for a form by name or description, select “Search” from the left-hand menu and enter your search criteria in the search box. 8. To view the status of a form, select “Status” from the left-hand menu and select the form you wish to view from the list of forms displayed. 9. To track a form
