  5. Select “Change” to make changes to an existing hazardous inducer or substance. 
  6. Enter the necessary information for the changes made and select “Save” to save them. 
  7. Select “Delete” to delete an existing hazardous inducer or substance from the system. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the hazardous inducer or substance by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears on screen. 
  9. Select “List” to view a list of all existing hazardous inducers and substances in the system.
