  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code HMC4 - DG in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Classes” or “Letters of Credit” tab to view the list of classes or letters of credit for customers. 
  3. Select a class or letter of credit from the list to view its details. 
  4. To create a new class or letter of credit, select the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  5. Enter the required information for the new class or letter of credit and select “Save” to save it. 
  6. To modify an existing class or letter of credit, select it from the list and select “Edit” at the top of the screen. 
  7. Make any necessary changes to the class or letter of credit and select “Save” to save them.
