  Step-by-step How to Use:

  4. Enter the necessary information for the message or request (e.g., recipient, subject, body). 
  5. Click “Save” to save your changes or “Send” to send the message or request. 
  6. To view the status of a message or request, select “View Status” from the menu bar. 
  7. To view the history of a message or request, select “View History” from the menu bar.
