  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Access the GRFN_TIMEFRAME transaction code by entering it into the command field in the SAP GUI. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  3. Enter a name for the timeframe in the “Timeframe Name” field. 
  4. Enter a start date and end date for the timeframe in the corresponding fields. 
  5. Select a frequency for the timeframe from the drop-down menu (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.). 
  6. Assign a GRC process or activity to the timeframe by selecting it from the drop-down menu. 
  7. Click “Save” to save your changes.
