    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Log into the SAP system using a valid user ID and password. 
    2. Enter the transaction code GRAC_EAM in the command field. 
    3. Select the “Emergency Access Request” tab. 
    4. Select “Create” to create a new emergency access request. 
    5. Enter the details of the request, such as user ID, role, and duration of access. 
    6. Select “Save” to save the request. 
    7. Select “Submit” to submit the request for approval. 
    8. Once approved, select “Activate” to activate the request and grant access to the user. 
    9. To revoke access, select “Deactivate” from the same screen. 
    
    Other Recommendations: 
    It is recommended that administrators use GRAC_EAM with caution and only grant emergency access when absolutely necessary. It is also recommended that administrators monitor all emergency access requests closely and revoke them as soon as possible after they are no longer needed.
