  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code GR5L is used to access the Directory Report Groups. This report allows users to view and manage report groups in the system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The Directory Report Groups report provides an overview of all the report groups in the system. It allows users to view and manage report groups, including creating new ones, editing existing ones, and deleting them. The report also provides information about the reports that are assigned to each group. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code GR5L in the command field. 
  2. The Directory Report Groups report will open. 
  3. Use the search fields to find a specific report group or view all of them. 
  4. To create a new report group, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  5. Enter the name of the new report group and click “Save”. 
  6. To edit an existing report group, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button at the top of the screen. 
  7. Make any necessary changes and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. To delete a report group, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete it by clicking “Yes” when prompted.

Additionally, users should be aware that any changes made to a report group will affect all reports assigned to that group, so caution should be taken when making changes.
