    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code GMS2 in the SAP command field. 
    2. Select the “Create” button to create a new field group. 
    3. Enter a name for the field group and select “Save”. 
    4. Select the “Assign Fields” button to assign fields to the field group. 
    5. Select the fields you want to assign and select “Save”. 
    6. Select the “Change” button to change the order of the fields in the field group. 
    7. Select the fields you want to move and select “Save”. 
    8. Select the “Defaults” button to define default values for fields in the field group. 
    9. Enter default values for each field and select “Save”. 
    10. Select “Back” or “Exit” when finished making changes. 
    
    Other Recommendations: 
    It is recommended that users test their changes before saving them by using the “Test” button in GMS2 transaction code. Additionally, users should be aware that changes made in GMS2 will affect all users of GM BDT application, so it is important to make sure that all changes are necessary and correct before saving them.
