  4. Select “Save” to save the new version. 
  5. To change an existing version, select the “Change” button and enter the necessary information for the changes. 
  6. To delete a version, select the “Delete” button and confirm the deletion. 
  7. To view or maintain an existing version, select the “Display” button and enter the necessary information for viewing or maintaining the version.
