  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the GLGCA1 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Field Use Assessment” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the desired company code from the list of available company codes. 
  4. Select the desired fiscal year from the list of available fiscal years. 
  5. Select the desired document type from the list of available document types. 
  6. Select the desired field from the list of available fields. 
  7. Click “Execute” to view a report containing information about the usage of that field in FlexGL documents for that company code, fiscal year,
