  5. Select “New Entries” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter a name for your new entry and select “Save”. 
  7. Select “Fields” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  8. Select which fields you want to include in your entry and select “Save”. 
  9. Select “Assignments” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  10. Select which company codes you want to assign your layout set to and select “Save”. 
  11. Select “Back” from the menu bar at the top of the screen to return to your list of layout sets.
