  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code GJVL is used to create and maintain layout sets for journal entries. Layout sets are used to define the structure of journal entries, including the fields that appear in the entry and the order in which they appear. This transaction code is part of the Financial Accounting (FI) module.

  GJVL allows users to create and maintain layout sets for journal entries.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter GJVL into the SAP command field and press enter. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  3. Enter a name for your layout set and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Layout” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  5. Select “New Entries” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter a name for your new entry and select “Save”. 
  7. Select “Fields” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. 
  8. Select which fields you want to include in your entry and select “Save”. 
  9. Select “Assignments”
